Adam Burdick

Adam grew up in Newfane, NY which is about 20 minutes north of Lockport, NY. He attended St. John Fisher University, where he also played football and graduated in 2012. Shortly after college, Adam and Chelsea met. After marriage, a house and their first baby, the couple decided to take a shot at starting their own business. In 2017, Adam and Chelsea founded Burd Home Health which is a home care agency that allows people in need of care to hire a friend or family member as a paid caregiver. Just a couple years after the creation and success of Burd Home Health, the couple then opened the doors to Burd Physical Therapy.

The goal of Burd Physical Therapy was to create an environment where the PT’s were not burnt out from treating too many patients each week and where the patients would get quality 1-on-1 time with their therapist.

Today, Burd Home Health operates in 3 states and has helped enroll over 1,000 families in self directed care programs. Burd Physical Therapy also continues to grow with 3 locations in Rochester and a continually growing brand known for a welcoming and family-like experience where employees and patients are greatly valued and appreciated.

In his personal life, Adam loves to spend quality time with his wife, Chelsea and their three children, Remington, Aria and Dawson. Adam is a fan of the Buffalo Bills, takes part in 3-4 fantasy football leagues each year and also loves to golf.
