Lauren Goodell

BIO

Lauren grew up in Brockport, NY and continues to call the Rochester area home. She earned both her Bachelor of Health Science in 2016 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018 from Nazareth College. Committed to continued growth in her profession, she recently achieved her COMT certification as a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist.

With eight years of experience, Lauren began her career in a skilled nursing facility before transitioning into the orthopedic setting. She treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions and also has experience working with neurologic, vestibular, and pelvic floor patients. Her approach is highly exercise focused, and she enjoys challenging patients with creative and progressive interventions tailored to their goals.

A lifelong athlete, Lauren played soccer throughout high school in Brockport and continued competing at Nazareth College. She also enjoys tennis, pickleball, and snowboarding. Her background in sports fuels her passion for helping patients return to the activities they love. She finds motivation in the excitement and confidence patients express when they achieve milestones in their recovery.

Outside of the clinic, Lauren is an avid Buffalo Bills fan and also follows Georgia football. She loves traveling whenever she has the opportunity, with favorite destinations including Savannah, Lake Tahoe, Denver, and Boston.
