Meet Conor... the legend!
If this story doesn't brighten up your Friday! Meet Connor... As a younger patient of ours, Connor started off quite shy. He came to us seeking assistance to correct his posture. Unfortunately, kids at school would pick on him because of his scoliosis and kyphosis. Unphased by their remarks, Connor sought us out in order to help his OWN self-confidence. Now he's stronger, more confident, and a lot less shy! He's an absolute joy to treat and a testament to the power of self-determination! Great job Connor!!!!
Georgia uses Burd Physical Therapy SmartFit to Decrease Risk of Fall
Say hello to our lovely patient Georgia! Georgia has been working with us for some time now on stroke rehabilitation. She was recently fitted for a hand splint that will assist her to re-gain range of motion in her left arm. A common perception is that progress cannot be made with stroke patients, however with continued therapy patients just like Georgia do, in fact, experience positive results as treatment continues. Georgia is a constant reminder to us never to lose hope and to always set goals for ourselves!
