Daniel Strack - Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dan graduated from Nazareth College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017 and a Bachelor's degree in Health Science in 2015. Dan was a member of the Nazareth Men’s Golf team and continued his passion for golf after school with a biomechanics certification from the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). Clinically, as well as his specific golf focus, he has been practicing in the outpatient orthopedic setting for 3+ years and has a draw to any and all orthopedic conditions that limit his patients from completing their daily and recreational activities.
In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, Kassie, daughter Livia and dog Jack in their home in Penfield, frequenting numerous golf courses around the Rochester area with friends, as well going on hikes, traveling with family, and doing home renovation projects!

Briana Brown - Doctor of Physical Therapy
Briana graduated from Nazareth College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018 and a Bachelor's degree in Health Science in 2016. Briana was a member of the Nazareth Women's Soccer team. Briana pursued a career in physical therapy after experiencing a soccer-related injury when she was a freshman in high school and undergoing physical therapy herself. Clinically, she shows a special interest in neurological rehab, fall prevention in the elderly, as well as a variety of orthopedic conditions.
In her free time, Briana enjoys spending time with her husband Scott and dog Minnie in their new home in Penfield, socializing with friends, staying active, spending time outside in warmer weather, traveling, and trying out new restaurants!
Megan Garofalo - Doctor of Physical Therapy
Megan graduated from Nazareth College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015 and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science in 2013. Her passion for overall health and well-being is what sparked her interest in physical therapy and also led her to become certified as a Nutritional Physical Therapist. Megan spent three years practicing in outpatient orthopedics before becoming a traveling physical therapist and working in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals. During her three years as a traveling physical therapist, she lived and worked in multiple states including South Carolina, Hawaii, North Carolina, Virginia, and New York.
In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, and exploring new areas with her husband, Steven.

Allison Sakowski - Doctor of Physical Therapy
Allison graduated from Daemen University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2022 and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Minor in Psychology from St. John Fisher University in 2014. She was a member of the St. John Fisher Women’s Soccer team. Clinically she shows a special interest in neurological rehab for adults and pediatric patients including stroke, functional neurological disorder, vestibular impairments, balance impairments, and Parkinson’s disease.
Allison grew up in Buffalo (Go Bills) playing soccer and lacrosse. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, golfing, trying new restaurants, and going to Bills games.

Maureen Saada - Occupational Therapist
Maureen graduated from the University of Buffalo in 2011 with her bachelors and Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. She is expert in the field of upper extremity rehabilitation and received advanced certification through the Hand Therapy Certification Commission in 2016. Keeping current with new procedures, research and treatment is extremely important to Maureen. She attends conferences, participates in continuing education courses, and supports students and new graduates as a clinical instructor.
She has over 11 years of experience treating severe injuries of the upper extremity including tendon repairs, tendon transfers, fractures, amputations, nerve disorders, as well as conservative and post operative treatment of arthritis. She has worked in the Washington DC metro area and most recently, Denver Colorado. She is thrilled to be back working in her hometown of Rochester.
In her free time, Maureen enjoys traveling with her husband and son, hiking, running and snowboarding.
