Chelsea Burdick - Burd PT

Chelsea is a Rochester native, growing up in Greece, NY. She attended Nazareth College and graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor's degree in Health Science in 2014. Chelsea was a member of the Nazareth Women's Soccer team. Her athletic background is what sparked her interest in physical therapy. Clinically, she shows a special interest in neurological rehab including Parkinson's disease, stroke, and balance impairments, as well as orthopedic conditions and sports injuries.

 

She is an avid sports lover (Go Bills!) and enjoys playing soccer and running for exercise. Chelsea and her family live in Irondequoit with their two beloved dogs. In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her son Remington and her husband Adam. ​

B.S. (Bachelor Of Health Science)- Nazareth College.   

The B.S. degree in Health Science is an interdisciplinary program with requirements from Biology, Chemistry, Psychology, Mathematics and Physics and provides students with an understanding of health issues from scientific and cultural perspectives. 

D.P.T. (Doctorate Of Physical Therapy)- Nazareth College. 

The Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Nazareth College — the only one in the Rochester region — is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.

Briana Brown - Burd PT

Briana graduated from Nazareth College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018 and a Bachelor's degree in Health Science in 2016. Briana was a member of the Nazareth Women's Soccer team. Briana pursued a career in physical therapy after experiencing a soccer-related injury when she was a freshman in high school and undergoing physical therapy herself. Clinically, she shows a special interest in neurological rehab, fall prevention in the elderly, as well as a variety of orthopedic conditions.

 

In her free time, Briana enjoys spending time with her husband Scott and dog Minnie in their new home in Penfield, socializing with friends, staying active, spending time outside in warmer weather, traveling, and trying out new restaurants!

Daniel Strack - Burd PT

Dan graduated from Nazareth College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017 and a Bachelor's degree in Health Science in 2015. Dan was a member of the Nazareth Men’s Golf team and continued his passion for golf after school with a biomechanics certification from the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). Clinically, as well as his specific golf focus, he has been practicing in the outpatient orthopedic setting for 3+ years and has a draw to any and all orthopedic conditions that limit his patients from completing their daily and recreational activities.

 

In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, Kassie, and dog Jack in their home in Penfield, frequenting numerous golf courses around the Rochester area with friends, as well going on hikes, traveling with family, and doing home renovation projects!
